My first visit was late 2022 for a latent knee pain.
After a quick yet thorough assessment Justin came up with a 6 week program to strengthen my legs. After 2 weeks the pain was fully gone and never came back since.
Since then Justin is my personal trainer and he is amazing at design program and switch it up on the fly if needed.
